Hi, I'm Chris
I enjoy the hard work and dedication it takes to create successful products that delight users and solve business challenges. To be successful in product design, you must start by talking with and observing people to learn how they think and work and turn what is learned into design solutions that are tailored for them.
I have turned my curiosity and love of studying human behavior into a successful career in a variety of roles. In my 8 years in this field, I have worked as a usability specialist helping brands like Eddie Bauer and AT&T identify the pain points in their web experience - an information architect designing transaction heavy e-commerce websites for brands like Steelcase and Ford - and most recently a user experience designer for UnitedHealth Group, delivering a portfolio of healthcare and consumer-based digital products.
